These Terms of Use govern your use of StackReady ("the App"), developed by tessbuild. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
StackReady is an AI-powered technical interview practice app. It provides:
- AI-generated interview questions across multiple roles and difficulty levels
- Voice and text answer input
- AI-powered answer grading and feedback
- Session history and progress tracking
StackReady is intended for practice purposes only. It does not guarantee job placement or interview success.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- StackReady offers a free tier limited to 3 practice sessions.
- StackReady Pro is available for $9.99/month, billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Share, resell, or redistribute App content without permission
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent the subscription system
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within StackReady is owned by tessbuild. AI-generated content (questions and feedback) is generated dynamically and is provided for personal practice use only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
StackReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Interview feedback is AI-generated and should not be considered professional career advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
tessbuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed job opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated feedback.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
