Calma is a personal wellness app developed by tessbuilds. It is designed to help individuals reflect on their emotional state, practice breathing exercises, and build consistent self-care habits. Calma is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Not a medical service

Calma is not a medical or mental health service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. The content in Calma — including coping suggestions, tips, and quotes — is for general informational and reflective purposes only.

You may use Calma for personal, non-commercial wellness reflection. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Represent that Calma is a medical or therapeutic service

6. Intellectual property

Calma and all content within it — including the app design, interface, copy, icons, and brand assets — are owned by tessbuilds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Calma without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Calma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. tessbuilds does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of Calma is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tessbuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Calma. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, emotional distress, or reliance on any content within the app.

tessbuilds reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Calma at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
