Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any app published by tessbuild — including Calma, DeskFit AI, StackReady, and LittlePath — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

These terms apply to all tessbuild apps unless a specific app provides its own supplemental terms, in which case both apply.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. By using them, you agree to:

• Use the apps only for their intended purpose
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Not use the apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the apps

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any app at any time without notice.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features. All transactions are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations can be managed through your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant access for as long as the app is available.

AI-Generated Content

Several tessbuild apps (DeskFit AI, StackReady, Calma, and LittlePath) use artificial intelligence to generate content such as workout routines, interview questions, breathing exercises, and activity plans.

By using AI features in our apps, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only
• Workout and exercise suggestions are not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice
• Interview practice content does not guarantee employment outcomes
• Activity suggestions for children are not a substitute for professional child development guidance
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program or making significant decisions based on app content.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets within tessbuild apps are the property of tessbuild and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our apps without written permission.

AI-generated content produced within our apps is generated on your behalf for your personal use. You are responsible for how you use that content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content produced by our apps.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tessbuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchase giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
